Sheep chops marinated in stressed yogurt and flavorsome masalas. Cooked till delicate, this dish is a total enjoyment.

Ingredients for Tandoori Lamb Chops

  • 175 gm hung yogurt 

  • 12 gm cumin powder 

  • 25 gm garam masala 

  • 20 gm coriander powder 

  • 20 gm turmeric powder 

  • 25 gm bean stew powder 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Lemon juice 

  • 40 gm ginger and garlic glue 

  • 12 sheep slashes (one bone on)

How To Make Tandoori Lamb Chops

1.Apply salt and ginger and garlic to sheep cleaves and keep aside for 20 min.

2.Take a bowl and make marinade with rest of the ingredients.

3.Apply marinade to the hacks and leave the bowl secured for another 30-60 min.

4.Arrange sheep slashes in the sticks and cook in the pre-warmed oven till tender.

5.Once slashes are cooked and have decent singed surface to finish everything, expel from tandoor.

6.Garish with crisp coriander leaves; serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
