Mutton Korma

Lamb blended in with curd, water, flavors, garlic-ginger, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients for Mutton Korma
  • 1/2 bowl of oil 

  • 1 finely cut onion 

  • 700 gm sheep 

  • 3-4 tsp curd 

  • 1 bowl of water 

  • 1 Tbsp salt or to taste 

  • 2 tsp coriander powder 

  • 1 tsp red bean stew powder 

  • 1 tsp generally ground garlic 

  • 1 tsp generally ground ginger 

  • 3-4 cloves 

  • 2-3 entire green cardamom 

  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks 

  • 2 tsp browned onions
How to make Mutton Korma

1-Warmth the oil in a profound dish, include the finely cut onions and daintily broil it.

2.Add the lamb, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red bean stew powder and mix for a couple of minutes.

3.Now include the garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamom and the cinnamon sticks and blend well.

4.Cover it and cook on a moderate fire for around 30 mins, at that point include the seared onions and mix again.

5.Cover and cook for a hour or till done.

6.Garnish with thin southern style onion rings and serve hot.
