1 Kg Chicken 

For the marination: 

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 

1/4 tsp Chili powder 

1/4 tsp Coriander powder 

1 tsp Vinegar/lemon juice 

5 Garlic cloves 

3-5 Green chillies 

To taste Salt 

For cooking: 

3 Medium Onions 

1 Large Tomato (evacuate skin and make puree), whitened 

2 Green chillies (opening) 

3 sprigs Curry clears out 

1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 

1/4 tsp Pepper powder 

1 Lemon juice 


How to make Kerala Chicken Roast

1.Perfect and cut the chicken into medium measured pieces.

2.Make a glue of the considerable number of fixings under marination.

3.Marinate the chicken pieces with this glue and keep aside for a hour.

4.Cut onions into thin cuts and broil in hot oil. Deplete them and keep aside.

5.Fry the chicken pieces in a similar oil until relatively done. Keep the skillet secured with the goal that the chicken does not get seared, but rather is cooked inside. Deplete them and keep aside.

6.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another dish (You can utilize a similar oil in which we fricasseed the chicken pieces. This will improve the flavor). Include opening green chillies and curry takes off. Saute for 1 minute.

7.Add the tomato glue to this and saute for 1 minute.

8.Now include the readied chicken and meal until the point that it is dry.
