  • 250 gm curd 

  • 4 Tbsp elucidated spread 

  • 750 gm semi cooked rice 

  • 1 tsp saffron 

  • 1/2 glass water 

  • 1/2 measure of oil 

  • Topping Ingredients 

  • bubbled eggs 

  • carrots,sliced 

  • cucumbers

Process to make Hyderabadi Biryani

1.Clean the meat. At that point in a skillet include meat, salt, ginger garlic glue, red bean stew powder, green bean stew glue, sauteed dark colored onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice. Blend it well.
