Recipe for Indian Chicken Tandoori
This is a genuine formula for Tandoori chicken. Present with long grain Basmati rice, cucumber plate of mixed greens, barbecued veggies, simmered natural corn and complete off the supper with Kulfi (Indian frozen yogurt)
Ingredients for Chicken Tandoori
- 2 pounds chicken cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1/4 containers plain yogurt
- 1/2 onion, finely hacked
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground new ginger root
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon yellow sustenance shading
- 1 teaspoon red nourishment shading
- 2 teaspoons finely cleaved cilantro
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

- Expel skin from chicken pieces, and cut openings into them the long way. Place in a shallow dish. Sprinkle the two sides of chicken with salt and lemon juice. Put aside 20 minutes.
