Fixings Nutrition Of Gajar Halwa (Carrot Halwa)

3⁄4 glass ghee, liquefied 

1 kg carrot, peeled and ground 

1 1⁄2 jars vanished drain 

2 glasses sugar 

100 g khoya 

15 almonds, absorbed hot water,peeled and fragmented 

1⁄4 glass water 

1 squeeze saffron, absorbed the water 

1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powder 

palatable silver thwart, for decorating (discretionary)

Mesh khoya and keep aside. 

Consolidate carrots and drain in an expansive substantial based container. 

Heat to the point of boiling. 

Lower the warmth and cook the carrots, mixing always, until the point when all the drain goes away. 

Empty ghee into the carrots. 

Include khoya. 

Saute for a couple of minutes. 

Include sugar.
